Getting started

You have signed up and want the bonus

Jet4bet Casino keeps these steps short, so you move from account to activated offer without guesswork.

ID details, not nicknames

You sign up using the details exactly as they appear on your photo ID, since a mismatch is the usual reason a later verification drags on.

Your first deposit, minimum NZ$13

You make your first deposit of at least NZ$13 and watch that the bonus appears on the offer before you play, not after.

Clear 38× inside 44 days

You work through 38× wagering inside 44 days, tracking play as you go so the deadline never catches you mid-run.

Cleared bonus, ready to withdraw

You cash out once the bonus is cleared, checking that your verification documents are in before you request the withdrawal.

Five bonus answers

Settle these points before you deposit

Clears up the expiry date question that catches most new players out.

trustWhat happens if I leave the bonus sitting there?+

If your bonus sits unused past 44 days, it simply disappears from your balance. The 111 spins are stricter, running out after 5 days. Plan your play around the shorter of the two clocks so nothing goes to waste.

trustHow long has this casino been licensed for?+

Jet4bet Casino Ltd. holds a Malta Gaming Authority licence, MGA/B2C/784/2014, under company number C-62631. That licence has been in place since 2014 and covers the accounts of New Zealand players here.

trustDo I need a code before my deposit counts?+

Every code this casino runs, the welcome offer code included, sits on its promo code page. Rather than hunting for strings in a review, check that page before you deposit so the offer links to your account properly.

trustWhy should I claim it on my phone instead?+

Why bother moving to a phone when the browser already works? Loading the cashier on mobile lets you deposit and claim in the same session, and support is reachable around the clock if a step stalls.

trustWhy would I rather play without a bonus?+

Why skip the offer entirely? Playing on your own deposit keeps every win withdrawable straight away, with nothing to wager first and nothing expiring. Some players prefer that clarity over a larger starting balance.

Small print

Read these before you chase the bonus

Four quiet mistakes that shrink or cancel a bonus, and the simple habit that prevents each one.

Did the clock run out?

Wagering eats the clock, and the offer runs for 44 days only; leave it late and the balance vanishes before you finish the required play.

Clear the play early, not in the final week

Check your progress weekly in the bonus screen

Jet4bet Casino pays nothing without a claim

Deposits made before the offer is switched on often land without any bonus attached, because the system only matches a live claim.

Activate the offer before you deposit

Read the confirmation screen before paying

Verify before you request a payout

Payouts stall until identity, address and card are confirmed, and checking takes up to 41 hours, so cash waits while documents are reviewed.

Send photo ID, proof of address, card image early

Verify on the day you sign up, not on payout day

Tempted by one more welcome offer

Only one account is allowed per person, so a second sign-up for another welcome offer risks both being closed and the balance locked.

Keep to the account you already hold
